Need:
- 150g Vienna sausages
- 1/2 cibulesliced into half-moons
- 2cloves garlicsliced
- 80ml vody
- 150ml octa
- 60g cukru
- 1/4lžičky chilli flakes
- 1/4lžičky cayenne pepper
- 4rings papriček jalapeňopickled
- 2 cloves
- 1 Bay leaf
- 10beads pepře
- 4kuličky allspice
- 1/2lžičky mustard seed
- 3capsule kardamonu
How do you:
- Svaříme water with vinegar, sugar and spice.
- Sausages in a jar, chopped onion, garlic and jalapeno wheels.
- Pour brine and after cooling put in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
- Serve with baguette or bread rolls.
