  1. K zelí v misce přidáme nadrobno nakrájené škvarky.
  2. Vejce rozšleháme .
  3. Přidáme vejce k zelí se škvarky.
  4. Přidáme mouku a osolíme.
  5. Vše důkladně promícháme, vlastně spíše prohněteme, nejlépe rukama.
  6. Plech vyložíme pečicím papírem a na ten klademe placky, které vyvoříme jaksi za pochodu. Hmotu přidáváme lžící a vytváříme placky tak 1 cm silné. Uhladíme lžící.
  7. Dáme do trouby předehřáté tak na 190 °C a pečeme tak 25 minutes. V polovině pečení můžete placky obrátit.
  8. Finished. Enjoy your meal.
