How do you:
Připravíme si všechno k ruce.
Mix both meats.
add the thyme, salt, worcestershire and pepper.
Add ajvar.
We will bend everything. It's a bit of a wilderness with your hands, ale proč ne. Then you wash your hands and it's clean again.
Cut the sliced cheddar into cubes.
We make balls from the meat.
Make a hole in each ball and insert part of the chopped cheddar.
Then we close the balls, so that there is meat around the cheese.
Brush the balls with olive oil and let them stand for a while in the refrigerator.
Fry in a good layer of oil.
Remove the meatballs, put on a paper towel, to drain the oil.
The side dish is boiled potatoes and salad.
