Need:

1 red onion
3 rajčata
1 spoon mořské soli
2 lžičky cukru
1 spoon apple cider vinegar
1 spoon citronové šťávy
1 spoon řepkového oleje

Red onions, cut into half-moons. Tomatoes přepůlíme longitudinally and then cut transversely into slices.
Mix lemon juice, cukr, salt and vinegar. Toss. add oil.
