  1. Prsa podélně nařízneme.
  2. Prostě klasický motýlek. Jemně naklepeme.
  3. Osolíme a opepříme z obou stran.
  4. Poklademe listy špenátu a drobně nakrájeným balkánským sýrem.
  5. Přidáme půlená cherry rajčata.
  6. Přehneme a vytvoříme kapsu. Otevřenou stranu prošpikujeme špejlí.
  7. Dvě špejle mohou k uzavření kapsy stačit, někdy si můžeme pomoci ještě třeba párátkem. Náplň při uzavírání bude mít tendenci vylézat, tak ji umravněte a zatlačte zpátky.
  8. Vložíme do zapékací misky, do které jsme dali trochu olivového oleje. Vrchní část kapes zakapeme ještě olejem.
  9. Salt and pepper.
  10. Dáme do předehřáté trouby a pečeme tak 25 minut při 200 °C. Záleží na možnosti vaší trouby. Můžete na konci pečení kapsy otočit a ještě péct 5 minutes.
  11. Podáváme s opečenými bramborami a zdobené nasekanou natí jarní cibulky.
