  1. Kuřecí maso osolíme, opepříme a opečeme dozlatova na oleji.
  2. Prepare sauce. Máslo rozpustíme a zasypeme moukou, vytvoříme zlatavou jíšku, kterou po částech ředíme mlékem, aby měla hmota ještě tekoucí konzistenci. Při vaření ještě přidáme špetku (!) ground nutmeg. Česnek rozmixujeme a přidáme i mírně zchladlou jíškovou hmotu spolu s polovinou parmazánu a rozmixujeme dohladka.
  3. Do pekáčku s dnem vymazaným olejem, který trochu osolíme a opepříme, poskládáme listový špenát. Také na špenát dáme trochu soli a pepře. Na špenátové lůžko položíme opečené kuře, které přelijeme omáčkou.
  4. Zakryjeme poklicí nebo alobalem a v předehřátí troubě pečeme asi 30 minut při 200 °C. Then, uncover pan, na omáčku nasypeme ještě trochu parmazánu a pečeme ještě 5 minut odkryté.
  5. Uvaříme si mezitím špagety.
