Nakrájíme zeleninu. Hrášek šikmo přes lusky, brokolici rozebereme na menší růžičky a ještě rozdělíme třeba na polovinu nebo i čtvrtinu. Pak choi rozčtvrtíme a pak napříč ještě pokrájíme. Zelenou cibuli nakrájíme na plátky kam až to jde, zelenou část pak pokrájíme také, hodí se.
Připravená zelenina.
Omytou a osušenou rybu rozdělíme na kousky velikosti sousta.
