S octem se tentokrát mírním, takže ředím vodou.
Okurku nakrájíme na jemnější kolečka, papriky na drobné kousky, cibuli na čtvrtměsíčky a půlměsíčky. K 1/3 šálku jablečného octa přilijeme vodu, abychom měli 1/2 šálku tekutiny. Přidáme cukr, salt, pepper, chilli a dobře promícháme, aby se cukr se solí rozpustily.
Do uzavíratelného boxu dáme promíchanou zeleninu, přelijeme octovou zálivkou, uzavřeme a třepáním promícháme. Dáme tak na 10 minut do chladu.
Přendáme salát z boxu do misky nebo misek a podáváme.
